Pro­fess­or Ber­ger has more than 30 years of exper­i­ence as arbit­rat­or in inter­na­tion­al and domest­ic arbit­ra­tions across a broad range of indus­tries and under a wide vari­ety of arbit­ra­tion rules and gov­ern­ing laws. He is known for his prag­mat­ic and hands-on approach to the con­duct of his arbit­ra­tions and for his focus on party interests and res­ol­u­tion of busi­ness dis­putes that are both leg­ally accur­ate and fair.
